Ingredients:
32oz Plain Yogurt
1 Mashed Ripe Banana
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons of Honey
Put it all in a Blender and Blend! Then pour into Ice Cube Trays and Freeze! It really is that easy!
